Great beach access.

all in all everything was great, had a memorable stay in september. the staff was lovely, offered wake up service and ironing free of charge. your location was stunning, within walking distance of the beach. greatly enjoyed our time here.

Our room was bright and good-sized, included with good AC, lovely views, for example. Stunning and decent location to most activities on the island, met expectations.

The views from my one-bedroom suite were amazing, stretching over the calm, sparkling caribbean sea. Breakfast was good, with both traditional kittitian options and fresh pastries.

the pool area was smaller than expected.

The hotel was extremely comfy and exceptionally friendly, with stunning location on the hill. Fully-equipped room and bathroom with walk-in showers. Outstanding meal and good service. Simply no complaints, really really nice stay...

would like to stay longer

I stayed in a One-Bedroom Suite. It had a nice balcony with great sea views. The room was spacious with a kitchenette, coffee machine, and a dining area. The outdoor swimming pool was perfect, and I loved the sun loungers by the beach. Breakfast offered fresh pastries and local dishes like saltfish and johnny cakes. The bar had happy hour with excellent rum drinks.

the bathroom could use some updates. but the staff were super friendly, the air conditioning worked really well, and the beach area was perfect for lounging.

The place is nice, and has everything I need like Wi-Fi, an outdoor swimming pool, and beach access. The staff helped me find my lost ID card during my first stay. I'm coming back for a holiday!

The spacious rooms feature large balconies with views showcasing the Caribbean Sea and distant Atlantic Ocean, great for evening relaxation. Tweaked setups in the kitchen with essential amenities, including a fridge and granite countertops, made meal prep easy when dining in.

The rooms felt quite outdated, particularly the bathrooms, with issues like broken fixtures and stained linens. It was annoying to not have coffee replenished after the first night, and the constant sound from nearby bars could be quite disruptive, especially if you're hoping for a peaceful retreat.

The beach was fine and we even had a dolphin visit! We loved lounging by the pool area, always clean and inviting.

I particularly appreciated the large space of the room and the comfortable seating area. The pool area was well-maintained and never felt crowded. Breakfast options included fresh pastries and local favorites like saltfish and johnny cakes, which I found good. There were a few issues. The towels provided were worn and definitely in need of replacement. I noticed that some linens had stains, a bit concerning. The beach chairs were also quite old and showed signs of wear. I had a couple of instances where the cleaning staff overlooked changing the sheets, which required me to request fresh ones. While the layout and view from the hotel were fine, I believe an update to the room decor and furnishings could elevate the experience further.

Can't recommend highly enough for a flash visit

Friendly staff, spacious room, excellent breakfast. The room was very nice and clean, overlooking the sea, and the breakfast offered a good taste of local cuisine like the saltfish and johnny cakes.

Couldn't stay longer.

The room was spacious with a nice ocean view and a big patio, awesome for hanging out. There was a fridge, a coffee maker, and good storage. The decor had a retro vibe, kind of like an 80s Florida condo. The beds, though, were super hard. Woke up feeling a bit sore every morning, a bummer. It had a lovely feel but definitely needs a better mattress.

Great location near local bars and traditional style building.
